What is the application process?
Go to this webpage to ask to participate to the next hackweeks.
Every application must provide:
- the name of the submitting project;
- the number of participants;
- the geographical origin of the participants (France or other country, please indicate which ones; details about each participant's home country will be requested at a later time);
- motivations for participating in the session (Which aspects of the proposed project do you want to work on during the week?);
- goals given to the project's group for the session (you will be asked to present a short summary to the public during the closing event)
- name and contact information of the person responsible for the project (this person will be the contact between EPPLUG and the project)
Once this application is submitted, EPPLUG will contact you if additional information is needed.
